What do you enjoy most about working for CRR?

I don’t think I can choose just one! I love our entire Team – the Management and the Associates. Working here makes you feel like you’re a part of a family and each associate supports one another to grow professionally as well as personally. Why did you decide to work for CRR?
I have been searching for a great company to work for now for quite some time; one that appreciates and cares about each and every one of their employees. For me, what stands out about CRR is the growing opportunities. CRR provides mentorship along with diverse and meaningful work to truly grow from. 

What is your favorite thing to do on your days off?

The best part of my days off is spent with my husband playing video games and, of course, sleeping.

What do you enjoy most about working for CRR?

I enjoy the people and the culture at CRR. Also, the flexibility of scheduling.  You are encouraged to take use your vacation time and have a positive work life balance.

What is the culture like at CRR?

CRR has a very positive culture.  Everyone’s opinions are valued.  We are asked to be curious and think outside of the box.  No one is made to feel like their ideas are bad or input is not important.

Why did you decide to work for CRR?

I was looking for a new challenge and to relocate.  I had lived in Michigan my whole life and was looking for something different.  I had worked in hotels almost 8 years and was burnt out on the pressure of that industry.  Switching to an RV Resort posed new challenges I had not encountered before.

What is your favorite thing to do on your days off?

I enjoy traveling and exploring all that AZ has to offer.  I also enjoy camping and hiking.  Watching or traveling to watch the Detroit Red Wings is something I love doing.

What do you see as the potential growth for this company?

I see the growth for CRR to be extraordinary.  There seems to be a switch in travel habits from hotels to RVs.  CRR is putting themselves in a position to take a big slice of the market.

What do you see as the potential growth for your career at CRR?

I see my growth potential with CRR as unlimited.  With the company continuing to expand and grow, there will always be new opportunities.   Whether it is to move up or move to a different part of the country.

What do you enjoy most about working for CRR?

I enjoy the energy and the sense of team amongst all three of CRR’s properties here in the Verde Valley. I enjoy how positive the employees are and that everyone’s has the willingness to provide a helping hand when needed. I enjoy how upper management is supported in seeing their employee’s grow and challenging their thinking.

Why did you decide to work for CRR?

The opportunity to help the company grow in the Verde valley. The opportunity to mentor and help other employees grow to their full potential. A new opportunity to be challenged every day and feeling appreciated for hard work being done. 

What is your favorite thing to do on your days off?

For me #1, is spending quality time with my beautiful wife. I love outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking (when the water is not cold), horseback riding, umpiring high school baseball games and playing pickleball. I also can’t forget getting our four-legged animals out for a walk and a hike. 

What do you see as the potential growth for this company?

The potential growth for this company is enormous. There is a lot of excitement amongst the community in what CRR how developed so far and what CRR has planned for the future.

What do you see as the potential growth for your career at CRR?

I see my potential growth with CRR as the old saying goes, “The sky is the limit.” I am happy to be put in a place to help my follow employees and the company succeed.

What do you enjoy most about working for CRR?

I love my job because it lets me meet a lot of new people, but it also lets me visit and see all the people that live in our community.

Why did you decide to work for CRR?

The job I had for 22 years moved to Mesa, I did not want to leave the Verde Valley. I retired and had to much time on my hands. The job at CRR is part time and fits my needs perfectly.

What is your favorite thing to do on your days off?

My time off is spent with family friends or neighbors. The valley has so much to see from fine dining to food wagons, each to your own choice. Mine is not sushi.

What do you see as the potential growth for this company?

CRR has knowledge to build for the future, while letting us enjoy the present.

What do you see as the potential growth for your career at CRR?

Since starting I have moved up to [supervisor] and I am happy there. If I was young again I could look to move up in the company as they grow.  Can’t wait to see all they do.
